We had very slippery stairs and were concerned about us, or our dogs, falling down them. We live close to the shop so stopped in one day and were so happy with their knowledge and selection of custom stair runner options. They came to our house within a few days to take all of the measurements, and when our rug was finished, came out the next day to install. It looks great, our installer did a great job and we’ll definitely use them again!

Highly recommended company for flooring work! I was returning to my home after having rented it out for a few years and was ready for an update to the flooring. I wanted a local, small business and this was perfect. They were responsive to an initial e-mail inquiry and were helpful in choosing the right floor for my home. Luis came out for a very efficient measurement and their team started soon after. Liliana kept me updated on progress and coordinated for payment. The site was kept tidy and it was cleaned up well at the conclusion of the work. I am enjoying my new floors and have received many compliments on the difference it makes in the space.

WOWxbillions! There may be less expensive places from which to purchase your flooring, although Floors Plus NW was certainly within reasonably priced peramters or you might choose to attempt do-it-yourself flooring projects, but no option comes closer to the friendly, welcoming efficient, responsive and all-around pleasing experience of going to Luis;s and Liliana’s Floors Plus Northwest store right here in West Seattle. We’ve are moving into a new condo and are doing a number of upgrades. Among the many vendors for a variety of projects who have chosen NOT to respond to our requests for upgrades advise, this company was a bright and shining star! We are so happy to their work, with their on-time and efficient delivery and installation. Do not hesitate. Just go directly to these folk!
