Liliana & Luis are AMAZING to work with. Our project was to replace our old carpeting with luxury vinyl panels. When we visited their store, they didn't try to hard sell anything, Liliana and Luis gave us plenty of times, professional advices, and samples to borrow to make sure that we are going to be happy with the floor choice that we will end up with for a long time. They even worked with us with our budget and gave us a clear breakdown on costs to consider as well. Their team came out promptly and got the work done within the timeline they have agreed on. Few months later, we noticed a squeaky noise on one of the panels when we were walking over, their team came out and reinstalled the affected area with new panels without any issues and owned up to it! I would definitely use these guys again, and I highly recommend their services to everyone here.
